The NBI Department of Sports is passionate about transforming footballers into Values sports Ambassadors for the nations. At the NBI Department of Sports, the development of footballers is combined with their human development (mentally, physically, spiritually and socially). Through the Department of Sports, Nation Builders International intends to establish the first multipurpose and comprehensive football college where footballers' training will be integrated with general, commercial, technical and professional education. This multipurpose and inter-comprehensive football college aims to train players with multipurpose and integrated capacity. This annuls stereotypes in footballers' ability to respond to different life opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities.

REACHING RECALCITRANT YOUTHS THROUGH SPORTS!
Cameroon is a football nation with an outstanding football history. In fact, the Cameroon national team has given Africa and the world some of the finest players in the history of football. This excellent football history has turned the game of football in Cameroon into a national religion.
Five people lost their lives some time ago when Cameroon missed an opportunity to win the Senegalese national team during a qualifying match for the 2012 Africa Nations Cup. The incidents and others show how much football is deeply rooted in Cameroonian culture. So, in the drive to reach the youths of Cameroon, Nation Builders International has responded to the great commission by going into the world of football to reach youths we couldn't touch through other means.
For some years, our division two soccer team brought us into the centre of the youth culture and by grace, several recalcitrant youths are turning a new page in their lives. There is no greater joy than being part of a movement that is changing the lives of several youths and has the potential to transform an entire nation.
