Reaching the World of Education!

Nation Builders International's Department of Education operates as a think tank on global educational revolution and oversees Nation Builders International Institute for human development & Nation Builders International Institute for strategic studies, and NBI Home-School for Basic Education.

Our view on education is inclusive and multidimensional. We believe any educational experience, which limits its aim at furnishing individuals with credentials to qualify them for existing Jobs opportunity, was only good for the 11th-18th centuries. If we restrict our education perspective solely to preparing people for the job market, we will return to the 11th-19th century. That is why in Nation Builders International, we have developed a 21st-century educational approach which eliminates academic stereotypes, inspiring people to study in preparation for life's possibilities, responsibilities, opportunities, and challenges, not just for jobs.

Our educational concept is holistic, multipurpose, inclusive, extensive, and integrated. We seek to educate people about the principles of life in a broad dimension and the need for human development in its entirety. The above approach to education has given the Nation Builders International Department of Education its uniqueness.

We are currently developing new academic programs for primary, secondary and higher education in line with the demands of the 21st century. We aim to provide individuals, societies, and nations with an understanding of the purpose of education and its inclusive and progressive importance in developing inclusive, integrated and multidimensional individuals who can't be stranded in life and can create their worlds or contribute to the world by using the available to achieve the desirable.

Nation Builders International Institute For Human Development

In a world where education is more about acquiring credentials to qualify for job opportunities, Nation Builders International has stepped out of the status quo to create the Institute for human development. NBIHD is a revolutionary educational approach, highly integrated and inclusive, developing individuals with multidimensional capacities capable of responding to and tackling a wide range of human and societal challenges.

There are no stereotypes at the Nation Builders International Institute for human development; students are inspired to pursue inclusive growth of themselves in four dimensions. Mentally, physically, spiritually and socially.

The above approach provides a holistic and integrated study experience, which inspires, motivates, prepares, activates, challenges and transforms the students into resource individuals with multidimensional capacities while eliminating stereotypes and developing people with a broader sphere of intervention.

Since its inception, Nation Builders International Institute for human development has left an unforgettable impact on all our graduates.

Nation Builders International Institute For Strategic Studies

Nation Builders International Institute for Strategic Studies is not a regular or conventional institution. It is not located somewhere and has no regular courses. It is convened in different destinations of choice for the purpose of discussing and sharing 21st ideas and propositions as solutions to the challenges facing humanity.

The Institute is equally a leadership think tank, focusing its research on problem-solving dynamics related to current issues of strategic importance. At the NBI Institute for Strategic Studies, problems and challenges create the focus during each session. The Institute for Strategic Studies equally organizes summits where issues of leadership, human, national and international concerns are investigated, strategically dissected and elucidated for easy comprehension.

Several cities and towns in Cameroon have hosted the Nation Builders International Institute for Strategic Studies. You can invite Nation Builders Institute for strategic studies to your area. The team in charge of program planning will quickly review the invitation and respond accordingly.

In the NBI Department of Education, we consider strategic studies as research studies focusing on problem-solving dynamics in different areas of strategic importance. Strategic studies are progressive and dynamic in relation to time, situations, and demands. Thus, strategic studies develop as time, circumstances and need change. In achieving citizenship development, the educational approach must transcend general education to strategic studies to prepare citizens to become problem-solvers in all areas of strategic importance.

Citizenship development should lead to empowered citizens who can fully participate in addressing the problems facing their nations and the world. It should transform citizens from "high maintenance, low-impact people to low maintenance, high impact citizens," who solve more problems in their countries than the burden they place on their nation. When a country raises more productive citizens than unproductive ones, the nation will experience accelerated development. The reverse will be the outcome when a country has millions of unproductive citizens.

The productivity of every society or nation is equal to the quality of the development of its citizens and not its population size. More unproductive citizens would mean more problems for a country, while more productive citizens mean fewer problems for a nation.

Tansi Alfred, in his book, "THE NATURE OF THE 21ST CENTURY EDUCATIONAL REVOLUTION", says, "Command in the 21st century is tied to the technique of accessing general ideas. Any leader must eschew imitation, revolt against narrow-mindedness, become adaptable to new situations and be able to generalize from their vast experience/multidimensional exposures."

In one of his earliest addresses, Henri Bergson condemned specialization as a form of laziness fit for animals who do not think of perfection. Specialization is a one-sided adaptation to a particular mode of life, which eventually leads to evolutionary dead ends.

Multidimensional exposure will be the goal of education in the 21st century. That is, men-women, boys-girls, must learn different things at different periods.

Citizenship development through quality education necessitates a multidimensional educational program with a broad range of exposure. An educational approach with such quality must avoid the error of specialization, which has narrowed education to job requirements instead of life's demands.

The masses have never thirsted after truth. They turn aside from evidence that is not to their taste, preferring to deify error, if error seduce[s] them. Whoever can supply them with illusions is easily their master; whoever attempts to destroy their illusions is always their victim. -Gustave Le Bon (1841-1931).
